Our visiting specialist team includes Dr Tan Sze Jun (Periodontist), Dr Lu Ting Yin (Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon), and Dr Wilander (Prosthodontist).

Our specialists attend the clinic by prior arrangement when patients require specialist consultation or treatment. This allows us to coordinate appropriate dental care for more complex periodontal, surgical and restorative cases.

Dr Tan Sze Jun provides specialist periodontal consultations and treatments for patients with gum disease, gum recession, loose teeth and other periodontal conditions.

She specializes in the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of periodontal (gum) diseases, including advanced gum disease, gum recession and conditions affecting the supporting structures of teeth.

Areas of Specialist Treatment:

• Periodontal Consultation & Assessment – Comprehensive gum examination, periodontal charting and assessment of gum disease severity.

• Non-Surgical Periodontal Therapy – Deep scaling and root surface debridement to manage gum inflammation, periodontal pockets and bacterial deposits.

• Advanced Periodontitis Management – Specialist treatment planning for severe gum disease associated with bone loss, loose teeth and persistent gum infection.

• Periodontal Flap Surgery – Surgical access and debridement for selected cases of advanced periodontal disease.

• Gum Recession Treatment & Gum Grafting – Periodontal plastic surgery and soft tissue grafting to manage exposed tooth roots and improve gum tissue coverage where clinically suitable.

Visiting Schedule: Twice monthly, with sessions arranged on Tuesdays or Thursdays. Advance appointments are required, and availability is subject to confirmation.

Dr. Lu provides specialist consultations, assessment and oral surgical treatment for patients with complex oral and maxillofacial conditions.

• Root-end surgery (apicoectomy), where indicated

Dr. Wilander provides prosthodontics consultation, which is a dental specialty focused on restoring and replacing missing or damaged teeth, including the rehabilitation of complex dental conditions affecting oral function and appearance.

• Dental implant-supported restorations
• Complete and partial dentures
